A Sweat hat évvel az öncímmel ellátott albuma után jelent meg. SWEAT

A „Sweat” címet viselő új kislemez Melanie C-től a 2026. május 1-jén megjelenő, azonos című album előfutára. Körülbelül öt év telt el Melanie C szólóalbumának megjelenése óta.
Az október 17-én megjelent szám a vezető kislemez és a címadó dala a közelgő kilencedik stúdióalbumának, a „Sweat”-nek.

UNDEFEATED CHAMPION
